Time flies and we are pleased that we are able to announce the 2025 edition of the SENTECH Plasma Process Seminar which will take place on May 15th 2025 at the SENTECH Berlin-Adlershof campus. This informative event brings together expert speakers from research and industry to share firsthand insights into the latest developments and real world applications of plasma process technology in semiconductor technology. In addition there is also the opportunity to discuss and be introduced to the SENTECH range of thin film metrology tools.
