Mi-Net would like to invite you to save the date for this year’s Thin Film Metrology Seminar and Workshop taking place on the 29th and 30th of November 2023. This event will be held at the SENTECH Berlin-Adlershof Campus.
During the seminar we will discuss the latest advances in ellipsometry and other key thin film technologies and share cutting-edge, application-based research. There will be plenty of opportunities to network and interact with other like minded individuals in a friendly and constructive environment.
There will be invited speakers in attendance from both R&D and industrial backgrounds who will be presenting on a range of topics including integrate photonic sensors, optical bandpass filter, 2D materials, and quality control. The full agenda will be published soon.
On day two there will be a workshop covering introductions to ellipsometry all the way through to more advanced user cases. SENTECH application experts will be on hand to work with you on any individual and non-confidential cases.
As usual, SENTECH are great hosts and so there will be a roundtable dinner open to all delegates taking place on the 29th November at 7PM. This will provide an informal environment to meet everybody whilst enjoying a great meal.
The SENTECH Thin Film Metrology Seminar and Workshop will take place at SENTECH Instruments, Schwarzschildstraße 2, Berlin-Adlershof, on 29-30 November 2023. The event costs 300 EUR for each delegate wishing to join.
